INGREDIENTS
4 -
green tea bags
1 cup -
boiling water
1 cup - frozen
or fresh peeled peaches
1/4 cup
- honey
1/2 cup
- water
4 cups
or 2 cans - chilled seltzer water
fresh
mint for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Steep
the green tea bags in the boiling water and set aside.
Puree
the peaches, honey and water until smooth.
Remove the
tea bags and mix in the peach puree.
Divide
the green tea mixture between 4 glasses and top with the seltzer. Garnish with
fresh mint leaves.
TIP
You could use any soft fresh
fruit you like to substitute for the peaches.
